9/15/97 MINS - With all BOA members present in regular ses, Joseph Harrington called order.  PBH - MSD - Todd Heller from MSD addressed the Bd about this project.  JW had ques's about the levee bdry.  DA complimented MSD on their present & past projects with VP.  PBH closed at 7:42 pm.  Ms. Pam Barnhart addressed the Bd pertaining to a request for "Caution Children at Play" signs to be located at different streets near Benton, St. Louis Ave & Leonard Streets. 

Mr. M. L. Naeger addressed the Bd about Flood Insurance problems in ((DLE)) Dougherty Lakes Estates Subdiv & requested an update from Mayor Harrington on this situation.  JoAnn Miles from DLE addressed the Bd re Flood Ins & FEMA regulations in her subdiv.  Alison Scholin addressed the Bd about Flood Ins & the remodeling of her basemt in the DLE Subdiv.
