PUBLIC MEETINGS & COURT SCHEDULE
All mtgs are held at VP City Hall, 320 Benton St, Valley Park,
MO, 63088, 636-225-5171. Fax 225-0643. Office hrs: Mon thru Fri,
8 am to 4:30 pm.
Levee Commission - third Mon ea mo, 5:00 pm for about 1 - 1.5 hrs. Calling is rcmd'd to be sure that it has not been cancelled.
Regular BOA - 1st & 3rd Mon ea mo, 7:00 pm & usually last about 2 hrs. Dates & times of Special BOA Mtgs are discovered by hearsay or contacting city hall.
P&Z Cmsn - 2nd Tues ea mo, 7:00 pm. However, if nothing is on their agenda by the previous Thrus, there will be no mtg because of insufficient time to get drawings, etc to the members. So it's best to call city on or after that Thrus to confirm.
Legislative, Finance Ways & Means, Police, Board of Adjustment & Appeals, & Public Works Committee - whenever chairmen decide.
Parks Cmte Bd mtgs are the 1st Wed ea mo, 7:00 pm.
Court is held on the 2nd Wed ea mo & starts at 7:30 pm, tho they say it's best to arrive at 7 pm.
