Re:  Acquisition of 8 Arnold Drive

        Valley Park Levee Project  

 

Dear Ms. Morris:

 

It has been determined that an acquisition of a portion of the above-referenced vacant tract of land is necessary for the Valley Park Levee Project.  The City has contracted with Demba Valuation Services, 77 Meadowbrook, Ballwin, Missouri, a State-Certified Real Estate Appraiser, to render an opinion of the fair market value of your property before and after the proposed taking.  Pursuant to 42 U.S.C., 4601-4655 (P.L. 91-646) the owner or their designee must be given the opportunity to accompany the appraiser during the property inspection.

 

Diane, an appraiser with Demba Valuation Services, will be at 8 Arnold Drive on Tuesday, February 12, 2002, at 12:00 p.m. in order to inspect the property.  Please contact Demba Valuation Services at 314-227-0321 in order to determine whether you or your designee wish to accompany the appraiser.
