BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF VALLEY PARK, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: |
|
Section One |

| Section One of Ordinance 1505 is hereby amended by adding the following properties: |
| |
|
(l) Property owned by Meramec Venture Associates, L.L.C., their mortgagors,
lienholders
and other holders in interest in property known and numbered as 6

Missouri, as set forth on the plat set forth in Exhibit C-l. |
